Not Mackenzie was created from my love of all things Mackenzie-Childs. So when I found these cute checkered napkins of course that is what came to my mind. This planter was decoupaged and painted with dry brush accents in gold, pearl & lavender. It has gold trim around the top with sweet little gold feet. The cute flowers and dragonfly on the front were touched up with paint in shades of pink, purple, green, and yellow with a few glitter accents to really make it pop. I love how it turned out….maybe I should keep it…ok, ok I’ll share it with the world as I’m sure someone else will love it too.
Each of our flower boxes are handcrafted and individually hand painted, stained, waxed, decoupaged, burned or embellished making each one a unique creation. I’m not saying we won’t create some planters in the same colors or designs but each one will always be slightly different because they are handcrafted and not coming out of a factory.
The artificial flower arrangement is created in a removable plastic liner in case you want to change it up eand sit a live plant inside your planter box. The small flower box holds a 4” live plant but you will need to put something in the bottom to protect your wood box. You can also special order a different flower arrangements to change up your box in the future if you want. Contact us directly to order just an arrangement in one of our plastic liners and it will fit right into your existing flower box because we make them all the same dimensions.
Plants or flowers not your thing? Well these decorative boxes can be used for many other things too. So ditch the flowers and you have a cute desk caddy for all your office supplies, a holder for your makeup brushes or jewelry, place one on the entry table to hold dads wallet keys & glasses, use in the kitchen to hold spice packets, hot cocoa packets, or coffee pods at your coffee station. In the service industry then what about a cute tip holder? The possibilities are endless so, choose what matches your decor style and make it your own.
